PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to HannahHannahLondon to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website you are making an offer to HannahHannahLondon to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable). A contract between you and HannahHannahLondon for the sale and delivery of our goods (and between the delivery company for the delivery of goods within the UK) will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any made to order items. This does not affect your legal rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Non bespoke items - You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel non-bespoke order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the cost of the item. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. If you do wish to cancel your order please email hannah@hannahhannahlondon.co.uk at your earliest convenience.
Unfortunately bespoke items are not available to cancel once the order has been made.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Returns or exchanges for purchases of non-bespoke products can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
If you are not entirely happy with the non-bespoke goods that you have chosen you may return them to us with 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. the cost of return will not be covered unless the item is found to be faulty.
If in the event that an item you are returning is lost in transit we will not offer a refund. It is therefore recommended that you use recorded delivery services.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
